Response times
We respond to our emails almost immediately, however this only applies to our standard working period times.
Warranty
All our repairs come with 90 days warranty except computers repair, after 90 days we will not be held responsible for any fault. No refund on repairs.
However, we will not cover:
- Malicious damage
- Natural disaster such as flooding, lightning, earthquakes, etc…..
- Liquid spillage of any sort
- Spares no longer in production
Customer issues
Customers complaint are dealt with as smoothly as possible and we are always ready to sort out our customers issues. For any queries regarding our services or for feedback please contact via our Email: We will not respond to any complaints, demands without receipt. We wont be held responsible for any other parts malfunctioning during repair. We wont be held responsible caring inventory thereafter.
Booking Appointments
When you book an appointment with us, the money you pay is for coming to your houses/office or for a quote and are strictly none refundable and when you cancel your appointments with us, we are happy to reschedule for a different time and date but only if the cancellation of your appointments with is within one or two days before the actual appointment day.
Please note that when you make a booking for television repair, we will only come to your place after you agree with the quote, while call out charge still applies.
Computer support service is exclusive online support, we will not come to your place. We provide support only online. No refund once a booking is made.
When repairing your computers remotely, we may see or have access to some of your files.
